On Sleeping:

If you’re ever in a bind and need to get a good night’s rest because you’ve got to do something early the next day, but you slept in the day before so you won’t even be tired ’til like 5am – drink warm milk. They weren’t wrong when they told you to do it in preschool, and it still works. Myself, I just drink cup after cup until it’s lights out, mug in hand. It only takes like fifteen minutes.

This is assuming you don’t have sleeping pills readily available.
